my swashbuckle adventure
a funny game adaption [the 2nd] of CBeebies show Swashbuckle, but there are some changes...
-pirate cannons - basically the same as the normal pirate cannons game from 2013 - click the targets to knock them down
-swashbubbles - basically the same as the normal swashbubbles game from 2013 - use the paddles to bounce the swashbubble [just a bubble, no swashbuckler inside it] to knock over the barrels

-coconutty raft - basically the same as the normal coconutty raft game from 2013 - time it right to shoot the coconuts into the barrrel

-deck golf - a game-exclusive game, shoot the cannonballs into the holes
-shark racing - a game-exclusive game, click to jump over the obstacles

the games are random, which means you can get different games for different jewels - the jewel colour matches certain things in certain games -

pirate cannons - sea monsters
swashbubbles - barrels
coconutty raft - flag colour
stepping stones - stone colour [although grey and yellow stones are seen, there are no grey and yellow jewels]

[TV games for reference -

you're playing for 3 jewels [red, purple, blue]

the 'walk the plank' part has 5 sections on the wheel, as opposed to the TV's 4-part version

TRAPPED! deduction
these bitesize games get a LOT wrong -
1.the games can be wrong [more below]
2.certain 2D assets of challenge characters can only be seen here [all of the challenges, scarlett [who has red hair here and not black hair like she's meant to have], the child-eating granny, the midnight bride]
3.the normal tower window closes
4.2 unfortunates are trapped on floor 6
5.the trapdoors are generic
6.the key of freedom is generic

PRIMARY:
a coloured man?! yes, this game, PRIMARY, is basically a platformer like Rayman, but you have 3 different forms [red, blue, yellow, as the name implies]. these 3 forms all have their own abilities [red = shoot fire/blue = create ice blocks/yellow = turn invisible], and they can be used in one way each - red = kill enemies, blue = extra platform, yellow = move through lasers. certain platforms can only be used if your a certain colour, and checkpoints can only be used if yellow. any colour form can use switches, doorways and lifts, but vortexes and spikes cannot be killed. other eviltons can be killed with fire though, and they drop coloured balls you collect. the other collectable item is a set of crayons, because that's an obvious joke

paintworld:
puzzle where you fling paint with smiley faces towards each other. paint blobs made of 2 [or more] can be shot in 2 directions.
since it would be difficult for me to explain how all of the stuff is used, here's a list...

-balls - THEY GOT FACES
-sawblades - these end levels
-coins - COLLECT THUM

new super mario bros. flash -
a flash fan-version of NEW SUPER MARIO BROS. for the DS...how do I know this? well, in that version, Mario looks like if you stuck a knockoff to a piece of cardboard and sold it for £50 claiming it was real, but slightly better...?
the title screen has 'LEVEL 1' at the bottom, but cut-off slightly, making me question the game.
there's a few downgrades in this version though, like P-switches not existing, and replaced with ? circles, presenting more stupidly hard blue-coin challenges, the only enemy I found being piranha plants and the down-arrow pipe part being WAY too hard for a first level, making me question the amount of content in this game.
the music, where OK, has all of the 'BAHS' replaced with other sounds, which sound like a wooden stick bashing on a garden gate. GRAET

super flash mario bros -
this game is like if you hold butter in your hand - you can't control it. Martin slips, slides and shilps all over the blinking place, and you NEED him to do this in order to cross the pits the game throws at you. funny thing is though, you CAN ALSO FLING YOURSELF OFF THE PLATFORM YOU'RE TRYING TO LAND ON. PHANTASTIK

super mario bros 3 flash -
this one is basically a flash version of the OG game, with all the enemies you'd expect, Yoshi is there and the starting levels aren't as BS as the last 2 games on this list. plus, the trees have UwU faces, so YOU CANT COMPLAIN

Super Mario Flash - easily the hardest/fair one on this list, it works just like Sooper Mario Bruvvers for the NES, but with a level editor. best thing is, if you go full-screen and press left, you can make Martin slide left so much he goes off screen! funny stuff.

ball pool - you fling balls around, THATS FUN, MATES
god's playing field - you kill virtual blokes, THAT'S FUN, BLERKZ

mitoza - downright CURSED gubbin, where you do stuff and see what happens...you'll be there for a long time if you want to see it all... this game also has a steam release

adult swim soup - use a tap [sorry. I don't speak American] to fill the room with characters in with thick, rainbow-coloured stuff
IMPORTANT: the acronym for this game is ASS. NICE

poke rouge THE GAME - from deviantart - she does attack the bloke harassing her, however by... biting his hand
most annoying sounds - CLUE NAME
blob toy - it's a funny lighty-thingie
mesmerizer - sounding like a thing from The Smiler, it's a thing where you type and stuff happens
ColourKeys - you press keys. letterers appear. FUN STUFF
cute-ify - this one can be downright CURSED if used correctly - I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON
acrobots - sounding like a thing from MGA, these SUCKAS can cling to walls - rotating the room causes them to fall over, O DEER

feed the head - another like mitoza, this one has a head. YOU WOULDN'T KNOWN THAT OTHERWISE!! you'll be sat at your puter FOREVER, like the BBC

Agent Platformer - a James Bond-like idiot walks around with a jetpack in this smaller game. my only gripe with it is waiting for the jetpack to charge up is TEDIOUS

EL-EMENT - JAPANESE games that involve water. SHINKEN BLUE, INNIT
metele al ordinata [race to break a 2000's PUCK]

totally odd [crazy clay-like geam with a person who looks like pac-man]
synthesizers love you - my noise machine

car - demo tech shiva - the only game on the planet which allows you to drive a car up skateboard ramps
liquid chars
is this a game? [GUESS THEM.]
blobs redux - manipulate blobs of...what is it? paint? blood? ...to make funny shapes?

gunge! - a CBBC-like game, where you play HangMan, except instead of a kid-friendly version of a deadly punishment from the 1340's, you instead guess the letter for a word, get a wrong letter and the gunge tank fills up thanks to the ANNOYING DEADLY CAT, who wants to throw gunge over the dogbloke. lose all chances and UH OH MESSI! get it right though and cat gets thrown through the air like a... den of doom contestant

no touching - a hasbro game. sort of
------------------------------------------------
poetry pie game - this one is from the BBC, or to be more accurate, it's from CBeebies - which makes me wonder why I haven't put more games from that lot on this page. anyways! the oh-so-cleverly named poetry pie game actually has two games inside of it - so then, shouldn't the name be plural? a show about language can't even get it right - the funny lots, they are. anyways, this game was produced alongside a CBeebies show named, you guessed it, poetry pie, which included some work from some poets - yes, even THAT one. to sum it up extremely quickly, there's a bunch of animated creatures who recite the poems and something about some of the artstyles feels a bit off to me. oh, and there's something they refer to as "poetry pie" in the theme song, which is never fully explained. they just have it and pie slices splat the screen at most 5 times per each 4 min episode [1 at the end of the theme song, 2 at random points of the show for no reason, 1 for an intro for a bit with some worm puppets who've all had mouths CG'd onto their faces and one final splat at the end of the credits. I feel out of breath already]. now you understand the vague context, we can move onto the games themselves. there's 2:

the first one being named "pop a pie" - but before I get into the actual game, for some reason the "difficulty" levels on this are somewhat vague - there's "shorter words", "longer words" and "harder words" - you know, the backwards way of saying "easy, medium and hard". the game works like this: you pick one of the 3 worms [who look somewhat normal here instead of having rods sticking out of them or having CG'd mouths] and you are basically told to look in the various kitchen cupboards to look for objects [or as the game description calls them, "ingredients" - using a lizard as an ingredient? who are you, moose?!], they are only found in the cupboards [and the fridge] with the sparkly pink glow, but they actually gave animations to nearly everything on-screen - that's effort, that is. anyway, find all 6 objects and then you'll be told to click on two that rhyme - doing so will make the pie top come off and the ingredients jump in to the filling [which is never fully explained either - go figure]. after the top is put back on, the pie then bounces a few times before a slice splats the screen, leaving you to use the sponge that appears to clean it up [or just press the big ol "CLEAN" button - leaving you wondering "why bother?". it also makes you wonder why this stuff doesn't happen irl - again, go figure]. repeat this two more times to finish a round of the game [nothing happens if you get it wrong, and also the pie changes slightly to show how many lots you got correct - odd] - and yes, there's two rounds to this game, making it a total of 6 splats and 6 total times of no-scrubbing cleaning - the BBC should invent their own cleaning product... oh wait, they have. it also came out in the same year [2009] - KITCHEN GUN

and the second one being called "make some noise" - this one involves picking one of the sounds from the soundboard to finish what they refer to as a "poem", but really is a load of empty spaces for said noises. there's actually more than one style in this game - the other one relies sound matching - but it also basically tells you to not bother anyways, so why follow the instructions, then?!?
